Our guests know that in Loryma´s kitchens healthy nutrition, freshness and flavour have top priority. Not only does the hotel produce its own extra virgin olive oil, it also grows organic produce in its vegetable gardens. These fresh and seasonal produce find their way on our guest´s plates in both restaurants of Loryma, one being the rich half-board open buffet, the other being the à la carte Loryma Bistro.
The climatised and spacious open buffet restaurant offers spectacular views onto the Gulf of Turunç, both from inside and from its al fresco terrace and balcony. The Aegean and Anatolian twist to the fresh meze and tasty hot dishes of our buffet are complemented by traditional pide and pizza variations baked on the spot and in our traditional stone oven on the restaurant terrace. This restaurant offers half-board with breakfast between 7-10 am and dinner 7-9.30 pm.
Our newly furnished ‘Loryma Bistro’ is not to be missed and one of our must-try locations. While the menu features variations of Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine, the bistro serves as a wine bar as well, offering a fine selection of local wines. Watching the deep hues of blue of the Aegean Sea from the comfort of this terrace makes up one of the memories that make a holiday at Loryma Resort unforgettable.

Loryma's Bars
Enjoy a midday coffee, cold beer or home-made lemonade at Loryma’s Pool Bar overlooking the sea. The central location of the Pool Bar, set between the open swimming pool and the spa area is the ideal meeting place in the resort, not to mention its high-quality music, large flat-screen TV and the magnificent views of Turunç Bay seen from above. The place of preference for the evening aperitif in turn is our Oxygen Bar with its wide rooftop terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marmaris and the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

OXYGEN BAR
The Oxygen Bar is at your service from 6 pm to 12 am. Besides bar chairs and sitting groups, the deck surrounding the bar and overlooking the seaside offers comfortable floor pillows to lounge on. Enjoy your classic cocktail, wine or beer while listening to the mellow tunes while observing the reflection of the moon and the stars on the surface of the sea. Otherwise calm and peaceful, the Oxygen Bar gets a completely different air of dynamism when we project important international sports competitions on our large film screen or during open air concerts. This bar, with its striking minimal architecture right at the entrance of the resort is the place to spend high quality time with our community of guests, it furthermore is the spot where new friendships are made.
POOL BAR
The Pool Bar is open throughout the day from 10 am to 7 pm. The bar serves hot beverages such as Turkish coffee, espresso or tea and all kinds of fresh beverages.
