   Your personal data is collected in verbal, written, or electronic formats through booking forms, check-in registration cards, website forms, emails, call centers, or security cameras. These data are processed based on legal grounds such as "explicitly prescribed by laws", "the establishment or performance of a contract", and "the legitimate interests of the data controller".
5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of KVKK)
   Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the law,
• Request notification of the corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to any negative result that may arise from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems.
