Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Loryma Resort Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card for the total booking amount prior to arrival.
Cancellations and modifications are permitted up to 24 hours before the day of check-in. Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to 12:00 am (midnight) Turkish local time on the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before 12:00 am on the day of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes, with the remaining balance refunded. No-shows will be charged for three nights plus taxes.

Location & Transportation
Loryma Resort Hotel is located on the hillside of the Bay of Turunç, near Marmaris. The nearest airports are Dalaman Airport (~120 km) and Bodrum–Milas Airport (~145 km). The Marmaris ferry harbour and bus terminal are in a distance of ~20 km.

The complimentary Loryma Shuttle operates daily(10 am – 5 pm) between the resort and the beach access point in Turunç village. Timetable and frequency may vary according to occupancy.
Public transportation is available via buses and taxi boats from Turunç pier. Timetables are available at Reception.
Local taxis can be arranged through Reception at any time.
Mobility
Loryma Resort is located on a lush, terraced hillside at an elevation of approximately 200–250 metres and about 1,5 km from the centre of Turunç. The resort features a combination of pathways, ramps, and stairways throughout the property. Most of the facilties such as pools, the spa, bars and restaurants are reached via stairs.
Guests with limited mobility are kindly requested to inform us in advance so that we can assign the most suitable and accessible suite to ensure a comfortable stay.
Dietary Requirements
Inspired by the vibrant cuisine of the Eastern Mediterranean and Anatolia, our kitchens emphasise seasonal, regional produce and locally sourced ingredients.
A special note on the Peninsula Mediterranean Buffet Restaurant: offering buffet-style dinner and being included in our half-board rates, it features a wide variety of vegetarian dishes served daily.
Guests with any food intolerances, allergies, or specific dietary requirements are kindly requested to inform us in advance. Our Food & Beverage team will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
Housekeeping & Laundry Service
Housekeeping service and linen change is included and carried out every second day following arrival as part of our sustainability practices.
We offer laundry service on-site at extra charge.
